Is it really free? What's the catch?

What does the machine actually analyze?
It crawls your public pages (home, product, cart, checkout), measures load speed, reads your catalog, offer and shipping setup, then grades everything against a 259-point checklist. Anything it can't verify from outside is marked as such — never invented.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
So we can follow up about your audit results. That's the only use — we never sell or share your data, and you can request deletion at any time.
What do you do with my AOV and order numbers?
They power the free-shipping threshold math and the revenue model, so those sections use your real economics instead of estimates. In the report they're tagged as FIELD DATA.
My store isn't on Shopify. Does this still work?
